The development, enhancement, and application of travel demand models have always been an important focus of our work. We are experienced in collecting data; forecasting land use and socio-economic inputs; coding networks; estimating, calibrating, and validating models; analyzing and summarizing results; updating or enhancing existing models; and providing clear and thorough documentation. When working with a client to develop a new model, we help realistically assess their needs and capabilities, so they get the tool that best fits their situation. The purpose of any travel model is to improve decision-making. To that end, we develop robust, user-friendly, cost-effective models that incorporate state-of-the-practice advances for improving outcomes, while avoiding unnecessary complexity.
