This project, located in Kernersville, North Carolina consists of extending existing Macy Grove Road and incorporating TIP Project No. U-2800, a nearby interchange project. Base year and future year forecasts were developed using the Piedmont Authority for Regional Transportation (PART) travel demand models within the study area and other specific land use information provided by the local community specific to the project area.
