M/A/B provided traffic assistance to the Dare County Board of Education for several schools undergoing new construction and proposed renovations. TIAs and site reviews were performed for school projects at Manteo Elementary and Middle, Cape Hatteras Secondary, Kitty Hawk Elementary, and First Flight Elementary, Middle, and High; as well as analyses of surrounding and internal intersections.
