M/A/B has performed several traffic studies for the 50-acre, mixed-use development in RTP, NC. The project consists of roughly 250,000 sf retail, 675,000 sf office space, a 250-room hotel, and 2,500 residences. M/A/B made recommendations for access from and improvements to the major adjacent roads, which required extensive coordination with the NCDOT.
